Coached fitness programs designed to help kids and teens move well, build confidence and enjoy training.

Kids Fitness (Ages 5-7)

Fun, structured movement that builds coordination, confidence, and listening skills through coaching.

    Wednesday 4:00-4:45p

  • Membership Price:

Youth Strength and Conditioning (Ages 8-13)

Coached strength and athletic development for homeschool and flexible-schedule families.

  • Schedule:

    Wednesdays & Fridays 10:30-11:30am

     

  • Membership Price:

    $100/month

Teens Strength and Conditioning (Ages 13-17)

Proper strength and training focused on mechanics, confidence and long term functional fitness.

  • Schedule:

    Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:00-5:00pm

    $100/month
