Teen Strength & Conditioning (Ages 13-17)

Our Teen Strength & Conditioning program teaches teens how to train safely, build strength, and develop confidence through proper coaching.

Teens learn:
• Safe lifting mechanics
• Strength and conditioning fundamentals
• Discipline and consistency
• Confidence under challenge
• Long-term training habits

Schedule:
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:00p–5:00p
