Youth Strength & Conditioning (Ages 8-13)

Our Youth Strength & Conditioning program is designed to build a strong foundation through coached strength training and athletic movement.

Athletes learn:
• Proper lifting mechanics
• Strength fundamentals
• Athletic movement and coordination
• Body control and stability
• Confidence through training

Schedule:
Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:30a–11:30a

Monthly Membership: $100/mo
