How Training Works

Legends follows the same structured training system used across Avid, with adjustments to meet you where you are.

Training is built around consistent, repeatable workouts so you can build strength, improve how you move, and continue progressing over time.

Every session is coached and scaled to your ability so you can train with purpose while managing intensity and avoiding unnecessary strain.

You’ll train through a balanced week that includes strength work, conditioning, and movement focused sessions, all designed to support long term progress and real life function.

Consistency drives progress. The goal is to keep you training, improving, and moving well for the long run.

What to Expect

Every session is coached and structured so you can train with confidence and continue progressing over time.

You’ll train in a supportive group environment with workouts that are planned ahead and adjusted to your ability.

  • Coach led sessions every class
You’ll be guided through each part of the workout with clear instruction, pacing, and real time feedback.

  • Strength focused training
We prioritize building and maintaining strength so you can stay capable and independent in everyday life.

  • Low impact, scalable movements
Exercises are adjusted to reduce unnecessary stress on joints while still allowing you to train with purpose.

  • Balance, coordination, and movement quality
We focus on how you move, not just what you do, so you can stay stable, controlled, and confident.

  • A consistent weekly structure
Training follows a repeatable pattern so you can build skill, improve efficiency, and know what to expect each session.

  • A supportive and encouraging environment
You’ll train alongside others with similar goals in a setting that keeps you consistent and engaged.
