Training at Avid is built around structured 8 week cycles designed to create real, measurable progress.

Each cycle follows a clear progression so you’re not guessing what to do or hoping it works.

Weeks 1–6: Build
Develop strength, improve movement quality, and build conditioning through progressive, repeatable training.

Week 7: Test
Measure your progress by revisiting key movements and workouts.

Week 8: Deload
Reduce intensity and volume to recover and prepare for the next phase.

Each week follows a consistent structure so you can build skill, improve efficiency, and continue progressing over time.

What to Expect
