How Training Works

Youth training at Avid is built around developing a strong foundation through structured, repeatable sessions.

Each class is coached and focused on teaching proper movement, building coordination, and improving overall athletic ability.

We prioritize learning first so kids can move well, build confidence, and develop skills that carry into sports and everyday life.

Memberships for youth programs typically range from $50–$100 per month depending on attendance and structure.

All new athletes begin with 1–3 one on one sessions so we can teach movement, build confidence, and place them in the right group.
